Healthy Locs, One Loc at a Time.
To provide every client with a professional, peaceful, and timely experience, all clients are required to review and follow the policies below before booking.
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
For standard services, the required deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance.
For installs, extension services, Sisterlocks, Microlocs, and other extended appointments, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits may be transferred one time only when proper notice is given for rescheduling. After the first transfer, a new deposit will be required for any additional changes.
Certain flash deals, promotional appointments, limited-time specials, and discounted services may require FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Your appointment is not officially reserved until the required deposit or payment has been received.
